Registration Night for the 2010 Swim and Synchro season will be
held at FEC Park District Offices, 2201 Cottage Way on March
3rd, from 5:00-7:00PM. Registering for swim and/or synchro on this
evening will enable you to meet coaches and members of the parent
board, learn about volunteer duties and fundraising, team suits and
spirit wear.
It will still be possible
to register after this date by going to the District Office during
regular office hours, but we hope to see you on March
3rd.
WHAT TO
BRING
Birth Certificate (new swimmers), check for volunteer deposit
(will not be cashed if you put in your volunteer shifts), &
some form of payment for Registration fees. The park district
accepts cash, checks, VISA & Mastercard.
- also, we are collecting new or used tennis balls to be used
during swim practice, so bring any extras you have to registration
and Gail Lomba will be collecting them.
If you have already purchased a
team suit (
available here), and would like to have our team name
embroidered on it, or personalized with your swimmer's name, please
bring it to registration and give it to Gail Lomba, who will be
handling this. Cost for the embroidery is $6 for team name and $4
for swimmer's name.
Some forms may be downloaded
and filled out ahead of time. District forms are color-coded and
must be filled out at the District Office.
